2. Services and Products
2.1 Product Range
- Aluminum extrusion materials (bars and seamless tubes)
- Aluminum forging materials (rings, tubes, discs, bars, blocks)
- Large-diameter forged components for industrial applications
- Custom aluminum solutions based on client specifications
2.2 Manufacturing Capabilities
- 12 extrusion lines (500-8,000 tons capacity)
- 5 forging lines (630-10,000 tons capacity)
- Annual production capacity: 70,000 tons

3. Order Process and Terms
3.1 Quotation Process
- Quote requests will be responded to within 24 hours
- All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
- Prices are subject to raw material cost fluctuations
- Custom specifications may require additional engineering time
3.2 Order Confirmation
- Written purchase orders are required for all transactions
- Order confirmation will be provided within 48 hours
- Technical specifications must be clearly defined
- Any changes to confirmed orders may incur additional costs
4. Quality Assurance
4.1 Quality Standards
- All products comply with international standards (AMS, ASTM, EN)
- Rigorous quality control processes throughout production
- Product quality certificates provided with every order
- Third-party inspection reports available (SGS, BV, TUV)
4.2 Quality Guarantee
- Products guaranteed to meet specified technical requirements
- Material composition and mechanical properties certified
- Dimensional accuracy within agreed tolerances
- Surface quality standards maintained per specifications
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Payment Methods
- Bank transfer (T/T) - preferred method
- Letter of Credit (L/C) for large orders
- Other payment methods subject to approval
5.2 Payment Schedule
- New customers: 100% advance payment or L/C
- Established customers: 30% advance, 70% before shipment
- Long-term partners: Negotiable payment terms
- Late payment charges: 1.5% per month on overdue amounts
6. Delivery and Shipping
6.1 Delivery Terms
- Standard delivery: FOB Shanghai/Ningbo port
- Other Incoterms available upon request (CIF, CFR, etc.)
- Delivery times vary based on product specifications
- Rush orders subject to additional charges
6.2 Shipping and Packaging
- Professional packaging to prevent damage during transit
- Sea freight for standard deliveries
- Air freight available for urgent orders
- Insurance coverage recommended for high-value shipments
7. Warranties and Liability
7.1 Product Warranty
- Products warranted to meet agreed specifications
- Material defects covered for 12 months from delivery
- Warranty void if products are improperly stored or handled
- Replacement or credit for confirmed defective materials
7.2 Limitation of Liability
- Liability limited to the value of defective products
- No liability for consequential or indirect damages
- Customer responsible for proper application and use
- Claims must be made within 30 days of delivery
8. Intellectual Property
All technical documentation, drawings, and proprietary information remain the property of Southwest Aluminium. Custom designs developed jointly become shared intellectual property with agreed usage rights.

9. Force Majeure
Southwest Aluminium shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters, epidemics, or government actions
- Raw material shortages or supplier failures
- Transportation disruptions or port closures
- Labor strikes or equipment breakdowns
Customers will be notified promptly of any force majeure events affecting their orders.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
10.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Chinese courts.
10.2 Dispute Resolution
- Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation
- Mediation through recognized commercial mediation centers
- Arbitration in accordance with international commercial arbitration rules
- English language shall be used in all dispute resolution proceedings

Southwest Aluminium reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes. Continued business relationship constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
